Recreate the popular restaurant side dish at home with this Copycat Domino’s Garlic Knots recipe. Using thawed bread dough keeps prep simple while producing warm bread in under 30 minutes.
Shaping the Dough
After a brief knead, the thawed bread dough divides evenly into 12 portions. Rolling each piece into an eight-inch rope provides the length needed to tie a knot. Arranging the shaped pieces with space between them on the baking sheet leaves room for each knot during baking.
Garlic Butter Topping and Baking
The topping combines melted butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and salt in a small saucepan over low heat. For other bread and sauce ideas, see Black Angus Garlic Cheese Bread Copycat or Garlic Butter Sauce. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the knots before baking.
Bake the knots at 375°F (190°C) for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, then serve warm.
