- 2 tablespoons 30ml soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon 15g cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons (30ml) water (for thickening)
- 2 tablespoons 30g chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 clove 3g garlic, minced
