Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
  • In an oven-safe skillet, spread out a layer of chocolate chips on the bottom.
  • Top the chocolate chips with a layer of mini marshmallows.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and melted.
  • Alternatively, you can microwave the skillet for 1-2 minutes until the marshmallows are melted.
  • Using oven mitts, carefully remove the skillet from the oven or microwave.
  • Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping.
  • Optional: Top with crushed graham crackers, chocolate syrup, or melted peanut butter for extra flavor.

Notes

If you don’t have an oven-safe skillet, you can also use a baking dish or small casserole dish.
You can use any type of chocolate chips, such as milk chocolate or dark chocolate, depending on your preference.
For a campfire feel, you can also toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch before adding them to the dip.
This dip can also be made in a slow cooker for a party or gathering. Simply add the ingredients to the slow cooker and heat on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
