  • 1 cup club soda - for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher, combine the diced watermelon, white wine, fresh mint leaves, and simple syrup.
  • Let the sangria sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  • To serve, pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice and top each glass with a splash of club soda. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
