Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets - 100g frozen acai puree (thawed)
  • 1 ripe banana - frozen for a creamier texture
  • 1/2 cup coconut water - or almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks - fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup mango chunks - fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey - optional, adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1/4 cup granola - for topping
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut - for topping
  • Fresh fruits - like slices of banana, kiwi, or berries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the thawed acai puree, frozen banana, coconut water, pineapple, mango, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the acai mix into serving bowls.
  • Top with granola, shredded coconut, and your choice of fresh fruits.
  • Enjoy immediately with a spoon!

Notes

For a creamier texture, add Greek yogurt or a banana.
Feel free to substitute acai powder with frozen acai puree if available.
Top with your favorite seeds, nuts, or granola for added crunch.
