Ingredients
  

  • 2 large sweet potatoes - peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉ (220℃) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the delicious sweet potato fries.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
To ensure crispiness, make sure the sweet potatoes are evenly sliced and not overcrowded on the baking sheet.
