In the small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper. Set aside.
In the large mixing bowl, add the spinach, pomegranate arils, red onion, feta cheese, and walnuts.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.

You can substitute the spinach with arugula or mixed greens.Add grilled chicken or salmon for a protein boost.Sprinkle some dried cranberries on top for added sweetness.This salad can also be served with a vinaigrette dressing.
