Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 240g frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup 240g canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup 120g cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup 120g sour cream
  • 1/2 cup 120g mayonnaise
  • 1 cup 100g shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup 50g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced bread.

Notes

For a healthier version, you can use low-fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
Feel free to add more spices, such as red pepper flakes for extra heat or garlic powder for flavor.
This dip can be made ahead of time. Just reheat it in the oven before serving.
