Ingredients

  • 1 cup 240ml almond milk - or other milk of choice
  • 1 cup 150g frozen mixed berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana - ripe, for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon 15g chia seeds - optional, for added nutrients
  • 1/2 cup 50g granola - for topping
  • 1/2 cup 75g fresh berries - for topping
  • 1 tablespoon 15g shredded coconut (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine almond milk, frozen mixed berries, banana, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie mixture into bowls.
  • Top with granola, fresh berries, and shredded coconut if using.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie bowl, use frozen berries instead of fresh.
Variations: Add other fruits like banana or mango for different flavors, or try different types of granola to alter the texture and taste.
Tips: Blend the ingredients until smooth, and add a little almond milk if it’s too thick. To enhance flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract or a spoonful of honey.
