Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork shoulder.
Place the sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the seasoned pork shoulder on top.
In a separate bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over the pork.
