Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese - softened
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 garlic clove - minced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 pear - sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Press the cracker mixture into the bottom of each mini cheesecake pan cavity.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add in the blue cheese, sour cream, egg, minced garlic, and black pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the mixture over the cracker crust in the mini cheesecake pan.
  • Place a slice of pear on top of each mini cheesecake and lightly brush with honey.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cheesecakes are set.
  • Allow the mini cheesecakes to cool on a cooling rack before removing them from the pan.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegetarian option, you can use melted butter or olive oil instead of bacon grease to sauté the pears.
For a stronger blue cheese flavor, you can add more crumbled blue cheese to the filling.
