Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in 30 second intervals until fully melted.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
Slowly stir in the flour until just combined.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
Drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the top of the brownie batter. Use a knife to swirl the caramel into the batter.
Sprinkle sea salt on top.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool before slicing and serving.
