In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, apple cider, brown sugar, mustard, and cinnamon. Bring to a simmer and cook until reduced and slightly thickened, about 8-10 minutes.
Brush the apple cider glaze over the cooked pork tenderloin and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Let the pork rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with additional glaze on the side.
