Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, citrus juice, rice vinegar, and mirin (if using).
  • Whisk the mixture until well combined.
  • If using, add the dashi powder and whisk again until dissolved.
  • Transfer the ponzu sauce to a storage jar.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using to allow the flavors to meld.
