Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Honey or agave - optional, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add the pineapple chunks, yogurt, banana, coconut milk, and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add honey or agave if desired for added sweetness.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, freeze the banana and pineapple chunks beforehand.
To make this smoothie dairy-free, use almond milk or coconut water instead of yogurt.
For added protein, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
