Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats - old-fashioned
  • 1 cup yogurt - Greek or dairy-free
  • 1 cup almond milk - or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey - or maple syrup for a vegan option
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries - strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds - optional
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, yogurt, almond milk, honey, chia seeds (if using), and salt. Stir well until all ingredients are mixed together.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between mason jars or containers, sealing them tightly.
  • Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften.
  • In the morning, stir the oats and top with fresh berries before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize your oats with your choice of fruits or nut butters. You can also adjust the sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup to taste.
