Equipment

  • Tea kettle
  • Infuser or tea strainer
  • Tea cups or mugs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp dried mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender
  • 1 tbsp dried chamomile flowers
  • 3 cups of water

Instructions
 

  • In a tea kettle, bring 3 cups of water to a boil.
  • While the water is boiling, place the dried mint, lavender, and chamomile in the infuser or tea strainer.
  • Once the water has boiled, pour it over the herbs in the infuser/tea strainer and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove the infuser or tea strainer and pour the tea into tea cups or mugs.
  • Add honey or your preferred sweetener, if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For a stronger infusion, let the tea steep for a few more minutes.
This tea can also be enjoyed cold by letting it cool and serving over ice.
You can also add a slice of lemon for a citrusy twist.
