While the water is boiling, place the dried mint, lavender, and chamomile in the infuser or tea strainer.
Once the water has boiled, pour it over the herbs in the infuser/tea strainer and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the infuser or tea strainer and pour the tea into tea cups or mugs.
Add honey or your preferred sweetener, if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For a stronger infusion, let the tea steep for a few more minutes.This tea can also be enjoyed cold by letting it cool and serving over ice.You can also add a slice of lemon for a citrusy twist.
