Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese - crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain the olives and add them to the mixing bowl.
  • Crumble the feta cheese over the olives.
  • Add the minced garlic, oregano, and thyme to the bowl.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the olives and feta.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss everything together gently until well combined.
  • Let the olives and feta marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve the marinated olives and feta in a serving dish and enjoy!

Notes

You can use any type of olives for this recipe, such as Kalamata, green, or black olives.
Feel free to add your own favorite herbs and spices to the marinade, such as red pepper flakes, rosemary, or lemon zest.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
