Soak the glutinous rice in water for 2 hours.
In a pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pot. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, sugar, and salt.
Once the rice has cooked for 10 minutes, pour in the coconut milk mixture and stir well.
Reduce the heat to low and let the rice cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
While the rice is cooking, prepare the steamer basket and place the mango slices on top to steam for 5 minutes.
In a serving dish, arrange the cooked rice and top with the steamed mango slices.
Serve warm and enjoy!
