1cup100g shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
1/2cup120g black beans (rinsed and drained)
1avocado - diced
2tablespoons30g sour cream or Greek yogurt (for topping)
Chopped green onions - for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
