  • 1/4 cup 60 ml fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 4 cloves 4g garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon 5g Dijon mustard (for added flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon 3g salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1g black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon 15g fresh parsley (chopped, optional for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Whisk in the olive oil gradually until the sauce is well combined and emulsified.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.

Notes

Feel free to add fresh herbs like parsley or dill for an extra flavor boost.
This sauce can be used as a marinade or a dressing. Store it in the refrigerator for up to a week.
If you want a creamier texture, try blending it with some Greek yogurt or sour cream.
