Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag - 13 oz tortilla chips (choose your favorite brand)
  • 2 cups shredded cheese - cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef - seasoned, optional
  • 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños - fresh or pickled
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes - fresh or canned, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions - for garnish
  • 1/2 cup sour cream - for serving
  • 1/2 cup guacamole - for serving
  • 1/2 cup salsa - for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Spread the tortilla chips evenly on the sheet pan.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the chips.
  • Add the cooked ground beef (if using), jalapeños, and diced tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
  • Serve immediately with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa on the side.

Notes

For a twist, consider adding black beans or pulled chicken for extra protein.
If you want to make it vegetarian, skip the meat and load up on fresh vegetables like bell peppers and jalapeños.
