Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce lavender honey syrup - See notes for instructions on making the syrup
  • 1 dash bitters
  • 1 sprig fresh lavender (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the whiskey, lemon juice, lavender honey syrup, and bitters.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a sprig of fresh lavender.
  • Serve and enjoy your lavender and honey whiskey sour!

Notes

For a stronger lavender flavor, infuse the honey with dried lavender flowers before mixing.
Adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less honey syrup to suit your taste preferences.
