Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, add kiwi, mint leaves, lime wedges, and sugar.
Use a muddler or wooden spoon to gently muddle the ingredients together, releasing the flavors and juices.
Add rum and ice cubes to the shaker and shake well.
Fill a mason jar or tall glass with ice cubes and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
Top with club soda and stir gently with a tall spoon.
Garnish with lime wedges and mint sprigs, if desired.
