Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken breast - thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil - for marinating
  • 2 teaspoons shawarma spice mix - or store-bought
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce - chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 1 cucumber - diced
  • 1/4 red onion - thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley - chopped
  • 1/2 cup tahini dressing - store-bought or homemade
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken slices, olive oil, shawarma spice mix, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • While the chicken is cooking, prepare the salad by combining the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley in a large bowl.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
  • Add the sliced chicken on top of the salad and drizzle with tahini dressing before serving.
