2cupsspinach - washed and chopped
1teaspooncumin seeds - for added flavor

200gramspaneer - cubed, can be store-bought or homemade
1/4cupheavy cream - optional, for richness

Instructions
In a skillet, heat ghee over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they are translucent.
Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
Add the chopped spinach, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the spinach wilts and reduces in volume.
Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
Return the spinach puree to the skillet and add the garam masala and salt. Mix well.
Add the paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the paneer to absorb the flavors.
If using, stir in the heavy cream for extra richness just before serving.
Notes
