Ingredients
  

  • 1 and 1/2 cups almond flour - for crust
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter - melted, for crust
  • 1 large egg - for crust
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt - for crust
  • 6 large eggs - for filling
  • 1 cup heavy cream - for filling
  • 1 cup shredded cheese - cheddar, for filling
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables - spinach or bell peppers, for filling
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt - for filling
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper - for filling
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder - for filling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted butter, 1 egg, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Press the dough into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
  • In a clean mixing bowl, whisk together the remaining 6 eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped vegetables.
  • Pour the filling mixture into the pre-baked almond crust.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

This Keto-Friendly French Quiche is easy to customize. You can add cooked bacon, vegetables, or your favorite cheese for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
