Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs - cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and ginger. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Variations: You can also add vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms to the skewers for extra flavor.
Tips: Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
