1 lbboneless, skinless chicken thighs - cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cupsoy sauce
2 tbspmirin
1 tbspsugar
1/2 tspginger, grated
Instructions
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and ginger. Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
