Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup of strongly brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup
  • 1 tablespoon of simple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Brew a shot of espresso or strongly brewed coffee and let it cool.
  • In a blender, add the cooled espresso, milk, vanilla syrup, simple syrup, vanilla extract, and ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
  • Optional: Top with whipped cream and drizzle some extra vanilla syrup on top.
  • Enjoy your iced vanilla latte!

Notes

You can use any type of milk for this latte, such as almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk.
For a stronger coffee flavor, use an extra shot of espresso or 1 cup of strongly brewed coffee.
To make this latte vegan, use plant-based milk and skip the whipped cream topping.
