  • 1/2 cup 170g honey (preferably raw)
  • 1/2 teaspoon 2g salt (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add the softened butter and use a hand mixer or whisk to cream it until light and fluffy.
  • Gradually add the honey to the butter, continuing to mix until well combined.
  • If using, stir in the salt to taste.
  • Transfer the Honey Butter to a container for storage. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Notes

This Honey Butter can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
For a flavored twist, consider adding cinnamon or vanilla extract.
