1cupshredded cheese - cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice
1/2cupdiced cooked ham - or bacon, or vegetables
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspoongarlic powder - optional
1/2teaspoononion powder - optional
Fresh herbs - optional, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface and cut into circles that fit into the muffin tin.
Press the crust circles into the muffin tin cups.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Evenly distribute the diced ham (or bacon/vegetables) and cheese into each pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture on top of the fillings in each crust until almost full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until the egg is set and the tops are golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
