Equipment

  • 1 Double boiler
  • 1 silicone mold
  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 Spatula

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g milk chocolate - chopped into pieces
  • 100 g white chocolate - chopped into pieces
  • 50 g pistachio nuts - finely chopped
  • 200 g heavy cream - for the pistachio cream
  • 50 g pistachio paste - ready-made or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - optional

Instructions
 

  • Start by melting the milk chocolate using a double boiler until smooth.
  • Once melted, pour the chocolate into the silicone mold and let it set for 10 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the pistachio paste and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until well combined.
  • Add chopped pistachios into the chocolate mold and fill with the pistachio cream mixture.
  • Top with melted white chocolate and let it set completely in the fridge.
  • Once set, remove the chocolates from the mold and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to substitute pistachios with almonds or hazelnuts for a different flavor.
For a richer chocolate, use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
This recipe can be customized by adding your favorite flavor extracts like vanilla or rose.
