Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb tomatoes, sliced - ripe and juicy
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the tomato slices and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the tomatoes for 2-3 minutes per side until charred and slightly softened.
  • Arrange the grilled tomatoes on a serving platter.
  • Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and scatter over the tomatoes.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a different flavor profile, try adding a drizzle of balsamic vinegar or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
