Grilled Tandoori Chicken Wings with Mango-Chile Raita

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, tandoori spice blend, and red chili powder.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to high heat. Grill the chicken wings for about 10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and charred.
In a small bowl, mix together diced mango, chopped cilantro, minced green chilies, and a squeeze of lime juice to make the mango-chile raita.
Serve the grilled tandoori chicken wings with the mango-chile raita on the side for dipping.
Notes
For a more intense flavor, marinate the chicken wings overnight in the tandoori spice blend. You can also adjust the spice level by adding more or less red chili powder.Make sure to preheat your grill to high heat before grilling the chicken wings to ensure a nice char on the outside.
