  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, dill, garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.

Notes

For a twist, try adding a pinch of smoked paprika to the lemon dill sauce for a smoky flavor.
