1/4cupsoy sauce
2clovesof garlic - minced
1teaspoonginger - grated
1tablespoonhoney
Salt and pepper - to taste
Fresh cilantro - for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Add the chicken cubes and pineapple chunks to the marinade and stir to coat.
