Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe peaches - halved and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish - optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add peach halves to the bowl and coat with the oil mixture.
  • Place peach halves on the grill, cut side down, and grill for 3-4 minutes or until you see grill marks.
  • Flip the peaches over and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and honey.
  • Place grilled peaches on a serving platter and top with yogurt mixture.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can also use nectarines or apricots for this recipe.
Try adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or a dash of balsamic vinegar to the peaches before grilling for some extra flavor.
This dish can also be served as a dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the grilled peaches.
Vegetarian, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free.
