Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary leaves - chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine the chopped rosemary, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 8-10 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • During the last few minutes of grilling, place the lemon slices on the grill to caramelize.
  • Serve the grilled chicken with caramelized lemons on top.

Notes

Variation: You can also use lime instead of lemons for a tangier flavor.
Tips: Make sure to marinate the chicken for at least an hour for maximum flavor absorption.
