Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped green mangoes, sugar, chopped onion, green chilies, and fresh mint leaves.
  • Add vinegar, cumin powder, salt, and turmeric powder to the mixture.
  • Blend the mixture in a blender or food processor until you reach your desired consistency, smooth or chunky.
  • Transfer the chutney to a glass jar and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours to meld the flavors.
