Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt - for creaminess and tang

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves - adds sweetness
  • 1 small garlic clove - minced (for depth)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil - for richness
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar - for acidity
  • Salt and pepper to taste - to enhance flavors

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, parsley, chives, basil, garlic, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the dressing to a mixing bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

This Green Goddess Dressing is packed with fresh ingredients and can easily be customized. Swap cilantro for basil, or add extra garlic for a bolder flavor. Keep it in the fridge for up to a week!
For a lighter version, replace half of the yogurt with buttermilk. Serve it as a dip with fresh veggies or use it as a spread on sandwiches.
