Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups 480g Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 cup 150g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup 30g granola (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons 30ml honey (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon 15g chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, scoop the Greek yogurt and smooth the top with a spoon.
  • Evenly distribute the mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  • If using, sprinkle the granola and chia seeds over the berries.
  • Drizzle honey over the entire bowl for sweetness.
  • Serve immediately in a serving bowl or store in the fridge for later enjoyment.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. You can substitute any seasonal berries for those listed. Add a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness or a sprinkle of nuts for a satisfying crunch.
For variations, try adding granola for some crunch or a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the yogurt for added flavor.
