Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
Add the chilled butter and mix with your fingers or a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add cold water, mixing until the dough comes together. Form into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
