Ingredients
  

  • 2 avocados - halved and seed removed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil - extra virgin recommended
  • 2 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro - chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and cilantro. Mix well.
  • Brush the cut side of each avocado half generously with the garlic herb mixture.
  • Place the avocados cut side down on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until grill marks appear.
  • Remove from the grill, season with salt and black pepper, and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra kick, sprinkle with red pepper flakes or add lime juice drizzle just before serving.
Try using different herbs like cilantro or dill for varied flavors!
