  • 2 tablespoons 8g fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon 4g fresh chives (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon 4g fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon 3g salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1g black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  • Use a fork or spatula to mix the ingredients until well combined and creamy.
  • Transfer the garlic herb butter to a piece of plastic wrap, shape into a log, and wrap tightly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving, or until firm.
