Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove - minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey - or more to taste
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and honey until fully combined.
  • Season: Add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Whisk again to ensure all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Adjust Flavor: Taste the vinaigrette and adjust the seasoning if necessary. If you prefer a slightly sweeter dressing, you can add a little more honey.
  • Serve or Store: Use the vinaigrette immediately, or transfer it to an airtight container. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Before using, give the container a good shake to re-emulsify the ingredients.
