Crab Stuffed Flounder combines tender flounder with a flavorful crab filling. Baked to perfection, it’s an elegant yet simple dish for any seafood lover!
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare the baking dish by lightly brushing it with butter or oil.
In a medium skillet, sauté the crab meat over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Lay the flounder fillets on a flat surface and divide the crab mixture evenly among them, spreading it on one half of each fillet. Roll up the fillets, starting from the edge with the crab mixture. Place them seam side down in the prepared baking dish.
Brush the fillets with melted butter and top each with a slice of lemon.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the flounder is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot and enjoy!
