1 Tall glass
1 Stirring spoon
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee chilled
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 tablespoon sweetener - optional, adjust to taste
- Ice cubes
Brew your coffee and let it chill completely. You can also use cold brew concentrate.
Fill your tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour the chilled coffee over the ice.
Add the milk and chocolate syrup to the glass.
Add sweetener if desired, and stir everything together until well combined.
Serve immediately. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup if desired.
For an even richer chocolate flavor, you can use a good quality dark chocolate syrup. If you don't have chocolate syrup on hand, you can make your own by combining equal parts cocoa powder and sugar, then slowly whisking in hot water until smooth.
Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less chocolate syrup and sweetener.
For a dairy-free version, use almond milk, soy milk, or oat milk instead of dairy milk and ensure your chocolate syrup is dairy-free.
Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup for the ultimate Starbucks experience!
