Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup 120ml mayonnaise (for creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup 120ml buttermilk (for tanginess)
  • 1 teaspoon 5g garlic powder (for flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon 5g onion powder (for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon 3g dried dill weed (for herbiness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon 3g salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1g black pepper (to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon 1g paprika (optional, for color)

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and buttermilk until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using), whisking until well blended.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Transfer to a storage container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For variations, you can add chopped fresh herbs like dill or parsley for extra flavor. For a spicier version, mix in some hot sauce or cayenne pepper.
It's best to refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
