Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with butter.
In a small bowl, mix together the chopped nuts and cinnamon.
Place a sheet of phyllo dough into the baking dish and brush with melted butter. Repeat with six more sheets.
Sprinkle 1/3 of the nut mixture over the top of the phyllo layers.
Continue layering phyllo and butter, then the nut mixture, until all the ingredients are used up.
Cut the baklava into diamond-shaped pieces using a sharp knife.
Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
In a saucepan, combine the sugar, water, honey, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes, until slightly thickened.
Pour the syrup over the hot baklava, making sure to pour over all the cut lines.
