Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breasts - boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 peace English cucumber - diced
  • 1 cup red onion - thinly sliced
  • 1 cup feta cheese - crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives - pitted and halved
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
